A necklace in the form of a honeycomb pattern of open hexagons, on which a swarm of bees has settled. From here drips an array of coloured moonstones, spinels, and rubies, just like honey caught mid fall. The piece continues Danger's exploration of the bee as symbol and figure, a motif he has worked with since 2014 and which has become a signature element of his practice. The bee is both a reflection on nature versus the man-made, and an image of collective identity and the individual's place within a larger structure.
